On the basis of statutory provisions, we in management have forged an environmental management system in line with ISO 14001 over the last few years, which goes hand in hand with defined goals to ensure ecological sustainability. It is inspected with regular audits.
Social Responsibility
In recent years, we have established strategic human resources management within the company. The reactive measures strategy has given way to a proactive human resources strategy with clear guidelines, quality standards and core elements. Motivation and performance are encouraged through communication and incentives.
In this context, we can also see a responsibility for training and development. That is why every year, we train businessmen in haulage and storage and professional drivers to IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) standards.
