We are fully convinced that, for our customers, quality in line with IFS, HACCP and GDP is the crucial competitive edge in the logistics of temperature-controlled goods. It goes without saying that we define quality within a quality management system, but we also believe that setting up a separate "customer services" department for any concerns within the operative business and clear communication with our customers are indispensable.
Quality through Communication
Quality isn't just documented, it can also be imparted and lived through our individual organisation in conjunction with the flexibility of a medium-sized business. Quality must be lived in day-to-day work.
Quality in the QM System
Our quality management system covers the specifics of the food industry in line with IFS and HACCP and those of the pharmaceutical industry in accordance with GDP. Audits at regular intervals ensure that the standards are observed. In the interest of a high-quality service with clearly defined quality processes, transparent risk management and the measurement and control of anomalies, we have numerous instruments at our disposal within the QM system.
Quality in the Fleet and Warehouse
We also have a separate department for fleet management. Tracking & tracing and temperature monitoring for our customers are guaranteed. All vehicles come with a service agreement, are regularly repaired and exhibit the latest environmental standards. The further technical development of the trailers is consistently adapted to the needs of the customer. A separate workshop also guarantees responsiveness if the vehicle breaks down or gets damaged.
