Quality Management
We are fully convinced that, for our customers, quality in line with IFS, HACCP and GDP is the crucial competitive edge in the logistics of temperature-controlled goods. It goes without saying that we define quality within a quality management system, but we also believe that setting up a separate "customer services" department for any concerns within the operative business and clear communication with our customers are indispensable.
Safety
As logistical work has changed, the safety of the service has become significantly more important and, alongside quality, is now a central feature in the provision of services. A hazard and risk analysis by quality management forms the basis for all aspects of evaluation. In doing so, safety takes place on several different levels for us: transport safety, safety through trust and the commitment to the service.
Sustainability
Our environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and a transparent human resources strategy take the company's ecological and social responsibility into account. As a family-run company, we are mindful of the stability and durability of our resources and employees.

Tracking
Tracking & tracing in all our vehicles and trailers gives our customers a specific analysis of the necessary vehicle specifications. In the interest of high quality standards, all of our vehicles can be analysed internationally when in use. Along with the location and scheduled time of arrival, the analysis and evidence of previous shipment dates are also given. We can provide permanent access to the temperature in the trailer in real-time.
