Pharmaceutical Logistics
Pharmaceutical logistics is different from food logistics and we understand it as follows – the high demand for goods and quality can be adapted and used to our advantage. Clearly defined event and risk management, temperature monitoring in real-time and fleet calibration are all highly important in our pharmaceutical logistics.
High Quality Requirements
For the purposes of GDP, our logistical processes are continually examined with due regard to the competitive factors assuring quality and determined by cost. This way, the fleet and its more than 70 individual refrigerated trucks and staff can live the necessary administrative control and temperature specifications for the customer. Our refrigerated trailers are audited and qualified in line with the statutory regulations.
Risk-based and comprehensive GDP approaches are developed with our customers and the method certified accordingly. The processes are established with an event management system, a flat hierarchy with strong contacts and a permanent archive of all documents. Every temperature anomaly is handled with a multi-level escalation model – this can even work for remote maintenance.
As a special sign of quality, we primarily focus on carrying out services in our own name.
